Rock climbing is a sport full of physical and mental challenges. You will test yourself in the ascension of very steep walls, where the concentration in each body movement will let you get to the goal.

Since you will reach considerable altitudes, it can become a dangerous sport without the necessary safety equipment.

In Arenales, you will find the largest rock climbing area of Mendoza. There are more than 150 climbing routes in the excellent pink granite walls, towers and needles.

Besides Arenales, there are other excellent places as Chigüido, in Malargüe, where you will find an 8a+ route, and El Salto, in Potrerillos, where you will find 25 sport rock climbing routes of great difficulty (reaching 8a+ grade). In this last place, there are also initiation routes.
