Wine Museum Rutini

This Wine Museum is located inside La Rural Winery, in front of what used to be the winery owners’ family house.

It is considered one of its kind in South America, a fact that can be noticed as you go around it. It has 5,000 original pieces, among which the most outstanding ones are: a wine press made of ox leather, cooper tools, mud vessels of the colonial times, presses and grinders of the end of the XIX century, wine books and catalogs, lab equipment and an important collection of carriages. Also, there is a large number of Cuzco reliquaries and images like that of San Remo Nonato or Santiago Apostle.

The museum is visited by thousands of people from Argentina and the rest of the world, every year. They all marvel at the quality of the museum, which offers a walk around the wine history in Mendoza and Argentina.
